we ordered 2 hot subs and fried mushrooms, subs good but mushrooms not done, pure batter inside. I sent an email to complain, haven't gotten a response yet....we won't be back
RecommendedJoe catered our graduation party and it was delicious!! All of the guests were raving about the food and went up and made plates multiple times!! He was easy to work with and set everything up for us at the party!!
how do you guys even stay open? It's obvious that anybody who goes here has never been the Empire Hots. I said I wouldn't come back and I figured a year later I might as well try it. Same s*** different pile. Every single Home Fry was nothing but oil. Burgers were so done that I could throw him up against the window and they would break them and again I ask for extra dry sauce and it was disgusting oily. ridiculous.

So far, tried the Grilled chicken sandwich - excellent; the 2 for 1 cheeseburgers - very good and made to order; and finally the fish fry. Fish fry was excellent and a large portion. Ordered the sweet potato fries, and cole slaw on the side. Next time I will ask for the fries to be well done, and a lot less sauce on the cole slaw. So, overall very good find, and I will definitely be going there again very soon (probably Wednesday!!!) Only take out orders so far, but I will say that this place is VERY CLEAN.
