The process takes a bit longer than I thought. I was #4 in line first thing in the morning around 545 am and I was out close to 10 to get 4 new tires. It was my first time so people had started to form a line to pay once they opened. I had no idea what that line was being used for so once I was told by another customer, I stood in the line to pay. but the guy who greeted me early in the morning should've asked me if it were my first time and told me the procedure but, instead once I realized what was going on I was like #25 ... read more
