Bought tires today at FAIRMONT Tires. I have been going here since the 80’s good tires & service no problem. However, today was the worst experience I have ever had there. The guys actually working on the cars don’t speak english. So I made a simple request to the Supervisor “Victor” to have the lug nuts hand tightened before using the compresser drill. “Sergio” who was servicing my car refused, and went ahead and tightened the lug nuts with the compressor drill.
