Everytime I'm have blood test done they never called me .I have thyroid and I constantly need to check my levels but I never get the results. Also to make an appointment is a headache.
I have had so many issues with this office. You can never get ahold of them, they don’t input referrals correctly and I have been trying to figure out a billing issue with them all month. Dr. Nair is nice but the rest of this operation needs work.** Oh and be prepared to wait a hour past your appointment time. EDIT:** The doctor never put their npi number on my visits and my insurance is charging me 250 dollars per visit due to this error.
