This place was pleasant and convenient for the year we needed it. We were first tenants in an apartment of this newer building and found it to be bright and pleasant. The staff is helpful esp Julia, who is an exceptional employee for Broadstreet Properties; always cheery and extremely conscientious. We found the top floor quiet. The gym and dog wash were useful amenities for us.
No safety there’s camera not working sometimes
very bad new town house i went outside for 3 hours and dirty water come from my sink and mess whole house and when i call them they come after 5 hrs to check my house. not recommended this townhouse.
