Speaking only of the "concierge" here. It's a joke. They're RUDE and they aren't ever at their desk. Every time I've come down there he's off somewhere else and you have to call his cell phone and wait. And chances are you're not the only one waiting. Either that or if he is there he's chatting away on the phone with his friends. You can tell they don't value or enjoy their jobs here. How can I tell? I love living here at the Fairmont Museum District. The staff is nice and helpful, pool/courtyard areas are great and the workout rooms are nice. Also, the location is prime-it's in the heart of Montrose (easy access to restaurants and bars), near multiple parks, and Rice Village. I would recommend anyone to live here!
I loved living here. Top notch staff that bend over backward to make sure you feel at home. The amenities are vast. The gym and pool have a resort feel. The location is awesome too. You're walking distance to an HEB and several really cool bars.
It would have been 5 stars for the overall good management, but last portion of our stay was negative. Unfortunately, as soon as you communicate you are planning to leave, they stop being supportive and do not facilitate the search for a new tenant. After 2 years in the complex, you would expect a bit more.Not recommended. Also, a Fire station by the building causes frequent high pitch noise. Be ready to deal with it.
The Fairmont is amazing. Staff, residents, amenities, location, etc... I am so thankful to call it home.

One of the BEST mid rise options in the city!! Walkable area. Super nice staff and management. Check them out before you lease anywhere else. Ask for Lindsey or Molly
I could be biased buuut I love it here! Location is GREAT for me as its close to my favorite grocery store (HEB) and its nestled in a cute neighborhood that I feel totally safe walking my dog around at all hours.
