The Plaza Hotel is still the very best in New York City. I have many wonderful memories from many years ago and annual visits.

I'm staying here now and they've messed up every request I've made. Our keys stopped working and we sat in the hall for 15 minutes waiting for new keys, we needed champagne glasses and it took over 45 minutes, we asked the concierge to bring something to our room but they lost our name and room number so 8 hours later I'm now sitting waiting for it to arrive. Terrible service for such an expensive hotel.
New Yorks most exciting hotel experience!
Perfect, my husband and I had afternoon tea in the palm room the Gatsby tea... They spoiled us and even brought out a cute plate if chocolates with congratulations written in chocolate! The hotel is gorgeous and one of the managers showed us the spectacular ball rooms!!! Now every time I see a film set there I remember how amazing my day was there x
