The service at the Eloise tea was horrible. The server was rude and he overcharged me. I brought it to the manager's attention. He apologized and offered to take $15.00 off my bill. I did not see where the credit was given. The experience was quite disappointing.

Lovely hotel!!! We arrived and was accomodated right away. We had the Edwardian Suite booked and they gave us a suite overlooking the Central Park. All the staff are very courteous, polite and helpful whenever we asked them for directions, and specific good restaurants to go to and experience if you prefer to dine out. The night we stayed here, we went out to see Aladdin the Musical... It was pretty late that night when we came back to the hotel. Our kids were whining for some cookies and milk.
