WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I called to ask for a receipt for a lunch my boss had at the Todd English Plaza Food Hall and I was transferred to a mailbox that said it was "Full." When I called back, someone picked up the phone and immediately HUNG UP the phone THREE TIMES in a row. When I called back thirty minutes later the phone just rang and rang and rang and then took me to a mailbox that also said it was "Full." Completely disrespectful, unprofessional and just down-right rude.
I went to the plaza hotel it was fun❤️
