Definitely one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to. Beautiful,luxurious, perfected in every detail and of course a very nice staff!

There is a reason this place is a legend.it's amazing the staff is top of the line.
Went for high tea. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. The Palm Court is stunning. Fresh palm trees and gorgeous flowers give it a garden feel. The restored stained glass ceiling is stunning. I also loved the mirrored tables which reflected light and the decorative stained glass ceiling above you. It was a great experience.
My daughter Holly and I went there 2 times for the Fitzgerald Tea in the lovely PALM COURT. . . We also enjoyed walking through out the hotel and taking in it,s beauty.
Celebrating our 13th anniversary and our son 6th birthday here, beautiful hotel and excellent service!!!
