Great stay a the Fairmont Century Plaza! Typical Fairmont experience. Additional kudos to the Concierge Ariya who was fantastic in pulling off miracle reservations over and over again. Great asset! Also thanks to Jose the engineer who went above and beyond by scouring the entire hotel to facilitate a zoom meeting. Thanks!
From the moment we walked in, we knew we were going to fall in love with this hotel. Its cool, laid back, open lobby in the middle of a beautiful part of LA was so welcoming. Once we got to checkin we were met by Matthew and he was one of the nicest, most welcoming individuals I have come across. He heard that we were celebrating a 2 year anniversary and he took incredible care of us from then on. I can't say enough to express how happy we were with our stay. The Gold team were next level amazing!! Alice set up some lovely surprises for my kiddo's birthday and Bella & Jatin were so welcoming and gracious during our stay. The room was well appointed with a very comfy bed and robes and the old lounge was a lovely place to drink, snack and relax.
