Pros: - diamond status was acknowledged -check in process was fast - room upgraded to a suite -food and service in restaurants very good -gold lounge was comfortable, decor very nice, canapés delicious -nice rooftop pool -across the street from a mall, very convenient -location felt safe Cons: -nobody greeted us when we arrived in our uber. Self serve with luggage -no turndown -something in the room was causing allergies for both of us (runny nose much better when we left the room) -felt understaffed
Loved the BH adjacent location. Service on par with a 5 star property. Will def be coming back!
