Absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. It was perfection. A week before we checked in we had the fabulous bella emailing me ahead of time to co ordinate anything we need prior to arrive. All the staff at the gold lounge have been great. In general the customer service here is top class. I cannot wait to return, this is definitely my go to in LA. Worth every penny.
I had a truly fabulous stay at your hotel. Mr. Matthew went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. Mr. Mo at the front desk also provided excellent service. Chris and Ryan were consistently outstanding and helpful throughout my stay. Thank you all for making it such a memorable visit.
This review is solely based on our check-in experience at the hotel. We checked in on March 30 around 3 pm. Upon arrival, We were rudely told to wait a minute without so much of a smile. A simple greeting or acknowledgment would have gone a long way. When we asked about the possibility of an upgrade, the agent immediately mentioned that there would be a charge for it without offering options or explaining different room categories. Great Stay with a Few Disappointments The hotel itself is really impressive—modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. The rooms are bright and comfortable, and the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. Overall, it has the potential to offer a top-tier experience. However, I did encounter two issues that affected my stay: Noise in the Room: There was a recurring noise coming through the room, which I suspect was caused by the high-speed elevators—even though I was staying quite far from them.
