A small side panel on my window fell off, and my husband went in to see if the part was at Ford. The man at Park said yes we have one in stock went back To look for it and came back with no part. He said he would take a better look and call him back the next day once he found it. It’s been a week and a half and my husband had to call to see if the man found the part and they did they just forgot to call us. Just purchased a 2025 Ford F150 Lariat Hybrid from Terry Cavadini and had a wonderful experience. Terry and the team were great to deal with, responsive, helpful and didn’t push me into making a decision.
