Replaced old carpet and complex set of stairs with hardwood. Mike was communicative and easy to work with. We had an issue with one of the stairs falling apart after a while and they took care of it without issues to hassle. I happily recommend Fairhaven Floors to friends in town who are looking to refloor and feel good supporting a family-owned business.
Mike and his team did a great job updating and bringing back life to our wood floors. We had others telling us to rip them out but we based our decision on the great reviews that Fairhaven Floors had and I’m so glad we did. Our floors look brand new!!
We had a great experience with Fairhaven Floors! From start to finish, their team was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. They showed up when they said they would, stayed on schedule, and paid attention to the details like our tile work and molding. The finished hardwood floors are absolutely beautiful and completely transformed the space. We’re so happy with the result and would definitely recommend Fairhaven Floors to anyone looking for quality work and great service! Thank you, Jeff and Laura
We have worked with Fairhaven Floors on three projects and found them to be honest, hard working, and professional. They go the extra mile and complete the project to absolute perfection. Thanks Mike and the Fairhaven Floor Team! You're the best!
We had Fairhaven Flooring replace all of our carpet with solid hardwood floors, refinish our living room fir floor and kitchen butcher block. Their quote was a fraction of competitors and they did a great job on everything and also did some unexpected finishing touches at no extra charge.
