We have lived here for Six years and in that time we have had Four different management teams. There are constant renovations and pipes breaking going on, which means lots of noise and mess. The laundry machines are expensive and don't work as well as they could. The recently installed ones have already been gunked up with powdered soap. The pool by day is quite and serene, but once the office closes at 5 pm it becomes a mad house. I would not ever rent a pool view apartment without soundproof windows. Please note that the laundry machines are new and cleaned daily, and that we have been proactive in reducing pool noise, reinforcing our pet policies and limiting vehicle break-ins by regularly reprogramming our security gate.
