This is the only place I will take my vehicles to get serviced. We did try another dealership and the service was just not as awesome as Fairfields. Thank you Laurie and the team for making all of my service needs happen. And the best price for an oil change in keene.
I was completely satisfied with my recent visit to Fairfield's Cadillac, Buick, GMC. Emanuil Rahubenco and the entire team were exceptionally professional, friendly, and efficient. Worst dealership I’ve ever been to. Brought my truck here for one simple task that I already diagnosed, the shop tells me it’s gonna be about $1000 and a three hour repair on a part that cost about $25. Come to find out they were looking at something completely different that I didn’t even want touched and had no relation to what I asked them to do. I recently purchased a vehicle from Fairfield’s Buick GMC, and it was easily the best dealership experience I’ve had. I’ve purchased vehicles in both RI and MA in the past and have dealt with more than a few negative, high-pressure situations, so I wasn’t expecting to be impressed.
