Went to them for an insurance claim. They completely screwed it up. To the point that my insurance stopped covering the rental because insurance company said it should have been finished. The extra days of rental cost over $500 and Fairfield VW wouldn’t help out. They screwup the repair and I paid the price.
Have been going to fairfield volkswagen for the last seven years to service my car. Just to schedule an appointment with the volkswagen section of Fairfield is difficult. You are put on hold for quite awhile, this has been brought up to them many times, yet nothing is done. Today we had the oil changed. Very helpful, everything went smoothly and simply. Fast processing. My associate was Tanya Kennedy and she was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions i had. I definitely recommend this dealership if you are having troubles with getting into a better vehicle
