I am very happy with my experience with Chuck. I was able to get a great suv for a great price. Would definitely buy from him again.
The salesmanship is truly great. Chuck didn’t just want to sell us a car. He also made sure that we got the best deal and were treated respectfully. The after-sale service helped us set up the vehicle and prepare for the road. I hadn’t realized how old my car was until I went to get a new one, and I’m loving my new Jetta.
Went to them for an insurance claim. They completely screwed it up. To the point that my insurance stopped covering the rental because insurance company said it should have been finished. The extra days of rental cost over $500 and Fairfield VW wouldn’t help out. They screwup the repair and I paid the price.
Have been going to fairfield volkswagen for the last seven years to service my car. Just to schedule an appointment with the volkswagen section of Fairfield is difficult. You are put on hold for quite awhile, this has been brought up to them many times, yet nothing is done. Today we had the oil changed. My husband checked the oil level after and found it was below the full mark. This had happened in the past so we have been monitoring it.
