On a wait list for a unit Yesterday we had an appointment with Dawn and we came in late and she was very understanding. Showed us the 2 bedroom unit and we were very impress on the beautiful apartment and the service. Dawn is such a pleasure to work with and she is very professional, courteous and inviting. We are looking forward to live here.

This Place is awesome! I just moved into the farmingville east location.Pam was my leasing agent she's awesome. I was so excited to come in and see the place was clean and smelled new and was move in ready. I haven't always had that. I saw Tom who is on property and I gave him the feedback. He was so grateful to hear I was happy. He is awesome as well as all the snow removal team I saw the day of the blizzard. I blinked my eyes and the snow was removed quickly. They are a very efficient friendly crew.

Dawn is great!!! Based on the reviews I came out here to meet Mrs dawn because my spouse and I is looking for a place to call home. Reached out to her and was able to set up viewing as soon as possible. Very happy I didn’t hesitate as the experience was great the neighbors are very friends and family oriented in the area which is a huge plus she is very friendly and helpful in so many way she have no idea. Was a pleasure meeting her and going through the process

Great Apartment! We immediately fell in love with the Fairfield Farmingville properties - the apartments are spacious, clean, quiet, and updated. Pam was a huge help in selecting our apartment. She spent several hours with us touring different floor plans until we found the one which met our needs. She was extremely responsive with all of our questions and even followed up after move-in to make sure we were settled. Pam and the rest of the staff have been very accommodating and wonderful to work with!

Dawn is the best I called dawn and viewed the home the same day.. went to her office filled and application then put a deposit.. and boom Saturday the 13th we moved.... easiest transaction and beautiful place... Dawn is really the best.. highly recommend

Great place to live Great location. Friendly neighbors. Property is well kept. Apartments are very nice and up to date. The property manager Steven is excellent. He is easy to get in touch with, gets back to you quickly and resolves any issues immediately. The only con I can think of is the train is sometimes loud being so close - but you really do get used to it! I highly recommend this apartment complex - it is top notch with an A++ property manager.
Best Lease Coordinator Living in a complex after moving from a house is not easy. Fairfield townehouse complex is beautiful. And the Lease Coordinator Melissa is the best. Melissa goes above and beyond to help you with any issues or concerns which makes you feel at peace knowing there is an employee that truly cares about you as a person.
