Thank you Fairfield Management! I want to say a huge thank you to the management team at Fairfield properties for giving me and my daughter a wonderful and life-changing experience. Good Holiday Promotion Moving into Fairfield was one of the easiest leasing processes I have went to, and they worked with my schedule to make my move in quick and convenient. The amenities the community holds are great for my family, including the gym and swimming pool. Move in day was smooth, with hardly any complications and was less stressful than most move ins. Construction Ask where they will be doing and where they have to do construction. When I signed lease nothing was said about the exterior construction. Very bad communication. Taking months just to get through two buildings. Before you sign the lease I recommend driving through the whole complex first, back and fronts of the buildings. It will look beautiful when done, but it is a living nightmare renting through it. Rents are high with no discounts through the construction 6 days a week for months. Stay away from Fairfield What used to be a wonderful, family-run community has now been taken over and destroyed by Fairfield. They raised the rent by 500$ as soon as they bought it and will continue to do so. Any newcomers are getting 100% duped. Once you live here the customer service is disgusting and they just treat you like an inconvenience. I would 1000% not recommend.

Townhouse Drive in Coram NY. I had the opportunity to take a tour with leasing agent Dawn. She was very informative and professional. Dawn was very patient with me and my family as we did the walk through of the townhouse and answered all questions with no stone left unturned. I was very impressed by the blended community and thanks to Dawn's kindness and gentle approach I went on to apply for a place in Coram.

Great Holiday Promotion Called Dawn and got a response within hours to come view a beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath. Walked in and was immediately greeted and shown a tour of the apartment. Can’t wait to move in just in time for the holidays!

One of the best experiences I wish I had a Dawn for every aspect of my life. She made the application process and moving experience seamless and stress free. The staff makes you feel like family and they were quick to respond to an issue I found while moving In. I can’t say enough good things about Dawn and the staff at this complex. Not to mention it’s gorgeous.
