Excited to move in! The process of finding a new apartment from far away was very complicated for us. Dawn was incredibly helpful in scheduling a visit with a family member of mine who lives in the area. She was incredibly kind and helpful to us, answering all of our questions as quickly as I could imagine. We are looking forward to moving in a few weeks!
Loving my new home!! I've been in my new apartment for 3 weeks now and I'm so happy. Celeste, one of the leasing agents went above and beyond in helping me with the whole process. She promised me my new apartment would be just that, "NEW", and it was. New paint, new carpets, new appliances, even went as far as a new shower head. She is amazing. The maintenance crew are very nice, always asking how is everything in my new place. Very happy. This will be my home for the foreseeable future.
Termites and tickets First and foremost let me say that you don’t want to live here. This location was previously owned by brook wood properties. I never had any problems with previous management. It all started last summer when my central air stopped working in a heat wave. I called them numerous times but since the renovations they did not come out to me even after I went down to the property management office. Great property Just signed a lease. The townhouses are beautiful. Really feels like a home. The pictures just don’t do them justice. Dawn in the leasing office was great, answered all of our questions and made the whole process feel less intimidating. Can’t wait to move in.
Soon to be tenant! I've done tons or searching and visiting numerous places and no place is as beautiful or worth your money than Farifield. Ive even looked at other places just to be sure even after I fell in love with Fairfield and Ive realized that thats where I want to call home! I visited 3x and decided to apply today! Terrance and Dawn have truly been a pleasure to work with. They are making so many upgrades (quality stuff) to the grounds and making the appearance look awesome! New rental My husband and I are transfers from another Fairfield to Fairfield Townhouse at Coram. I must say that we are very impressed with the upgrades inside the townhouse as well as on the outside. Everything was so high end... Absolutely beautiful. Dawn the leasing agent was absolutely a pleasure to work with. Very patient, kind, friendly and professional. Looking forward to our new season in this complex.
Potential new tenant Today we Met with Donna at landmark and she referred us to the Coram Townehouse where we met with Dawn such and amazing person who give us a tour to a beautiful renovated apartment with amazing amenities.
