Just put in my application waiting for approval Came in yesterday spoke with dawn who was wonderful. Loved it! Cant wait to move in and eventually transfer to a 3 bedroom!

So much going on! Use to love living here until , the rent starting going up so high, I know a lot of money has been invested, but I A lot has been left out! 1st - security, it’s supposed to be a gated community, not anymore. 2nd -the water and heat bill, why do tenants have to pay for a service charge that is more than the hot water. Crazy! And I still don’t understand how they calculate it! Renting out a unit I am currently a stony brook student looking for housing for the upcoming semester. I recently applied for a 3 bedroom at Fairfield townhouses in coram with 2 of my friends. We were very impressed with the units that were shown to us and how easy and painless the process was to put in our application in. I am very excited for the upcoming school year knowing that will have the best living situation possible.

Great Complex! My family and I are currently looking for a new Fairfield Complex to live in since our lease is up soon. We visited a handful amount of other properties and fell in love with this one. The apartment was amazing and very spacious but what really made us apply was Dawn, the dedication, communication and her staying late for us to meet was what sent us over the top, she has such a positive vibe we really loved. I put an application in for a 3 bedroom last night. I dont usually write reviews but I have to share how dedicated Dawn was to trying to assist my family with obtaining a rental. I went in yesterday at 4pm to meet with Dawn about a 3 bedroom rental I am in need of. When I arrived she told me that the unit would not be available until August. Beautiful Place!!! My mom & I both went down to Fairfield townhouse in Coram yesterday afternoon to meet with Dawn and was originally told there weren’t any more 3 bed room spaces available at the moment. We’ve been looking for a while and needed to find a space as soon as possible to move into. Returnees This is my second time back. The new renovations are very attractive. I loved this place in 2017 and I’m sure I’ll love it even more. Dawn is such a great pressure to talk to and very hard worker. She stays extra time to accommodate everyone that needs her.
Tenant I am a tenant and the grounds are beautiful & they are continuously working however , for the amount of money we pay in rent we should have access to a wonderfully maintained "key pass" accessible gym with BRAND NEW WORKING EQUIPMENT! It should NOT only be when staff is available that is NOT CONVENIENT... I should not be paying such high rent & a gym membership.
