Communication and response amazing! Dawn responded quickly via text message to our inquiry and provided all the answers we needed. We both work many hours and have limited time to talk on the phone during the day especially to set up a visit. During the visit Dawn showed us the space and provided us with the best option for our upcoming move. It’s impossible to get security deposit back ! I’ve been calling every 2 weeks in 5 months to get a refund for security deposit , they keep telling that it’s in a process!I still awaiting for my money back!

Our New Home Love the look and feel of the development...it’s more like a neighborhood. Unit is thoughtfully planned and laid out for family style living. Leasing agent is very accommodating. Great overall experience!

Looking forward to moving in Meet with Dawn today to see the 3 bedroom townhouses. We tour the property and loved it. Looks like a great neighborhood to live in. I even had a chance to speak to one of the tenants on the street who's lived there for a year and said she has no complaints. Ask for Dawn she's a great leasing agent, very welcoming and friendly.

OUTSTANDING!!! This development is fantastic. The staff is so nice and helpful. Dawn is the best she is always ready to help. The properties are all maintained very well and the houses are beautiful and very fairly priced. Would highly recommend this location to anybody!

Great staff with beautiful landscape and apartments ! Had such a great experience at Fairfield Coram townhomes with Dawn our leasing consultant. We came to her with needing an apartment more on the faster side. She took her time out and showed us all our available options and what we’re able to afford. She showed us beautiful apartments with three bedrooms which is what we were looking for. Good place we went to the leasing office the other day and they knows their property very well. i think we find the perfect metch for the house, it could not be any better. the neighberhood is very friendly and clean and have beatiful views and is neighbrohood is really quite as well.

Amazing Customer Service! I recently signed my lease at Fairfield Park At Babylon Village with Celeste. It’s a sweet place in a great area. She went above and beyond searching and showing me different Apts around my schedule and answering any concerns or worries. She made the whole experience so pleasant and comfortable.
