Arielle When I first applied for Fairfield apartments I thought it was going to be a while before I received any information regarding the apartment. But I literally received a text from dawn the leasing agent along with pictures she was so helpful and patient. We was able to set up a viewing for the apartment the same week. A Great Place To Live My wife and I wanted the perfect place to live. We visited a few Fairfield Properties but fell in love with Fairfield at Farmingville. Pam was amazing and very helpful even after the move-in. She calls us right back and is there to help. Beautiful property and highly recommend!

Wonderful Grandson went to Heatherwood and got a run around took apartment away from him. I made a last minute phone call and got this lady named dawn who helped me out finding a place for my grandson , he went in no problem dawn gave him everything he needed and I can’t stress enough how wonderful dawn was . Looks like home Went to look @ Fairfield Townhouses yesterday. First things first: Dawn is the best! She answered the phone and sent me 16 pictures on Labor Day. Yeah Labor Day! They were closed and I was just looking to leave a message. Anyway she and Melissa(another bit of awesomeness) helped me out. The whole development is being redone and maybe if you can see the forest through the tress you will realize that they are making it a great place to live. Great Location, Really like it here Since I don't have a car this is a perfect location to live I can get around easily and all the stores are nearby. My job is also close by. Maintenance staff/Rental Agent is great always helpful when I need something they are right on it. I would definitely recommend this property to people. Tim

I Love it Here!!!!! I have been living here about 3 years. The employees have been very helpful in anything that I need. The grounds are always kept very beautiful and clean. Maintenance has been excellent. When I came to rent here the rental agent was great she kept me on a list for an apartment and notified me when one was available and the process was very easy and she was very helpful when I moved in.

Lived here for 3 years I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and I have been extremely happy, it is very well run, I have no complaints. When I first moved in here I was having a hard time and I was very depressed after selling my home and Fulya the leasing agent who sold me my apartment made the process very easy and moving here was a great decision.
