Looks like home Went to look @ Fairfield Townhouses yesterday. First things first: Dawn is the best! She answered the phone and sent me 16 pictures on Labor Day. Yeah Labor Day! They were closed and I was just looking to leave a message. Anyway she and Melissa(another bit of awesomeness) helped me out. Great Location, Really like it here Since I don't have a car this is a perfect location to live I can get around easily and all the stores are nearby. My job is also close by. Maintenance staff/Rental Agent is great always helpful when I need something they are right on it. I would definitely recommend this property to people. Tim

I Love it Here!!!!! I have been living here about 3 years. The employees have been very helpful in anything that I need. The grounds are always kept very beautiful and clean. Maintenance has been excellent. When I came to rent here the rental agent was great she kept me on a list for an apartment and notified me when one was available and the process was very easy and she was very helpful when I moved in.

I Love My Apartment! The move was a big transition for me. Pam and the staff made me feel comfortable and made the process very smooth. Highly recommend!

Lived here for 3 years I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and I have been extremely happy, it is very well run, I have no complaints. When I first moved in here I was having a hard time and I was very depressed after selling my home and Fulya the leasing agent who sold me my apartment made the process very easy and moving here was a great decision. Just put in my application waiting for approval Came in yesterday spoke with dawn who was wonderful. Loved it! Cant wait to move in and eventually transfer to a 3 bedroom!

So much going on! Use to love living here until , the rent starting going up so high, I know a lot of money has been invested, but I A lot has been left out! 1st - security, it’s supposed to be a gated community, not anymore. 2nd -the water and heat bill, why do tenants have to pay for a service charge that is more than the hot water. Crazy! And I still don’t understand how they calculate it! Not fair for me to pay for others! 3rd- very sloppy landscapers 4th - air conditioning and heat units are very old , my electric bill ... read more

Renting out a unit I am currently a stony brook student looking for housing for the upcoming semester. I recently applied for a 3 bedroom at Fairfield townhouses in coram with 2 of my friends. We were very impressed with the units that were shown to us and how easy and painless the process was to put in our application in. I am very excited for the upcoming school year knowing that will have the best living situation possible.
