Far from great. Maitnence is absolutely horrible. Takes weeks to get anyone to address issues that are code violations. It costs a lot to live here and the service is horrible. I have had black mold growing in my air conditioner all summer to the point it has caused breathing problems and my 8 year old has asthma and he's been taking regular nebulizer treatments I can't even get someone to come look at it. Shame on them
The area and buildings are pretty nice, however if you do not contact the office in advance then most probably you will not meet them there! So find contact number and call them first before you go there!
