Worst experience of my life. Fairfield is a scam artist of a company...months of animals living in my attic and multiple service requests with nothing but disappointment and maintenance closing out the work tickets because "the exterminator has been contacted closing ticket", this should be reported to the BBB. I eventually went out and bought a trap to capture the NINE squirrels (one mommmy squirl and 8 babies) up in attic (that we could hear at all times of the day and night scurrying around even in the walls). My girlfriend and I just moved into the complex this past weekend. I have to really give a sincere thanks to Amy in the Leasing office, she has went above and beyond and been extemely helpful throughout the entire moving in process.
