My 2021 Kia soul has been nothing but trouble sense I bought it ...not only did they need up the engine recall they broke my starter and tried to weld it back together..also they broke my ac...they had me replace the battery,starter,and alternator after replacing the engine ...the car ran when I dropped it off and they gave me back a non running car...they back up camera now blinks after it came back ..the service dept.was rude when I went to pick it up..so if you want to spend money on a car and get a joke for a service dep... read more
Kia is always so friendly when I go there and willing to show me all the gorgeous SUV they have in stock. The employees are very knowledgeable. And it honestly feels they are trying to push tnew cars down your throat. Which is always the worst feeling when your just looking so thank you Kia for not doing that to me. And there service department is always on point and do exactly what they say they are going to do.
This is my second purchase from Fairfield Kia in Keene NH and this experience has been the best so far. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly from our Salesman Perry to Tito the General Manager. Best experience yet and will definitely return in the future.
