I have stayed at this locations multiple times, mostly due to it's location. During my last stay I was sick and I could barely walk due to pain in my back. This is where the most amazing stay stepped in and took charge. They went way over and above standard customer service. They took my bags to my room, but they didn't leave my side. Set things where they needed to go in the room, so I didn't have to walk around. They assisted me in any way they could, I can't even list all the little tasks they helped me do. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and affordable. Super clean, awesome employees, great free breakfast and even good music . If you are going to Tallahassee its the place to stat!

The hotel necessitates considerable upkeep. The flooring in our room was compromised and broken. The fire alarm was suspended from the ceiling due to its cables. The room displayed an aged, musty scent. The reception staff provided a pleasant and courteous service overnight.
