Breakfast was good, the attention was great! Very helpful and in a good mood all the times. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and air conditioning 10/10
One of the worst experiences. We booked the hotel through Expedia. The front lady cancel the room without any confirmation or documentation. No accountability, sold out the room and won’t refund the money. No follow up from management. Shame .
Overall good, baik kamar, taman, kolam renang, breakfast oke semua, tempat gymnya ada tapi kecil kurang lengkap, tapi recommended
Staff really courteous
The rooms are very outdated and its obvious. The rooms have a smell to them, not necessarily bad but its there. The 1st room i got didn't have hot water but the lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The 2nd room was filthy, there was hair in the shower and other places. The fridge made an alarm noise that was unbearable. I would stay here again for the right price (under $80) but anything above that is just too much. Management please look into your maintenance and housekeeping teams
