Yes the front desk lady we had was phenomenal. Very sweet spirit! They only downside I could say is during Covid not having breakfast they could have stepped it up a bit beside a wrapped bagel In a bag. Yes they had a toaster to use with cream cheese etc. The morning man did not tell us I just happened to see it when i got my coffee. For Covid another Fairfield had fruit, granola bar, water bottle and please add coffee creamer not just half and half. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Love it will stay again !
So this is definitely my hotel of choice when I come to Lynchburg. Even though some things are closed because of Covid, the staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Love love love the location!
Stayed before and will definitely stay again. Very quiet, clean, and good location. The front desk staff are super people, very friendly and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.
The views are AMAZING!!!! The sunset was breathtaking.
Bed bugs! Was there June 21-23 and returned home with bites all over. Disgusting. Walls are so thin you can hear ever neighbors conversation at 11:30 PM. Police pounding on doors yelling in hallway at 11 PM.
Great Rooms , Great pool and breakfast-!
Welcoming staff even in the wee hours of the morning awesome I will definitely be coming back
