Good, well maintained hotel. Nothing fancy, but the breakfast was reasonable and the location is near a cinema and multiple restaurants.

Nice hotel and great location. The service issue is directly related to poor management. We booked a room here with points and while checking in issued a credit card for any incidentals. We didn't make any purchases while there but noticed a $53.00 charge on our credit card statement a week or so later. I phoned the hotel to see what it was for and was told that it was a pet fee. I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received days after my stay at this hotel. I called the hotel because I was initially charged $200.00 for one night, but my receipt showed $179.67. A staff member named MARY answered and began looking up my reservation. At first, the conversation was fine while she reviewed my information. She explained the charges, and as I checked my bank account, I confirmed that I was charged $179.67.
