I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked my room four months in advance and even completed the online check‑in the morning of my arrival. When we arrived at 9 PM, there was no one at the front desk. We waited more than ten minutes and even called the hotel directly, but no one answered. Eventually, the front‑desk employee came in from outside—it appeared she had been watching fireworks. I travel every single month and this staff is hands down the best I’ve ever dealt with! From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. They are so friendly and helpful. I actually messed up my booking but they answered the phone right away and fixed it for me instantly. When we arrived, the front desk team was so sweet and answered all our questions. Nice place, close to new, needs a vacuum in the common areas. Desk staff attentive but busy. All guests having trouble getting WiFi access. Was assured it is temporary, staff comped bottled water from the market to make up for the Internet access problem. Going to bed, still no internet. Using my 5G on my phone to make a hotspot. Comfy bed. Good night....
