It was very nice. Booked a suite and regular room. Staff was super friendly and helpful and the breakfast bar was wonderful! Highly recommend!
Put 3 of us into a “King” room and it’s the smallest room I’ve ever been in. We are literally sitting on top of each other. Bathroom door is hard to close it’s that small. I asked to change rooms and staff said “come down to the desk and I’ll take care of you” so I went down only to be told to get in a line of about 8 people waiting to check in. And then Told they have nothing left! Definitely do not recommend especially not for the $100 price that we paid! If I could give them zero stars I would.
The first week when it was sub zero temps a pipe broke at 3am which caused every fire siren to go off for hours. Not their fault at all but we were awake all night. I ended up with phnemonia the next day at their nearby hospital. I needed sleep. Staff handled it very well. Second stay this week, fridge was turned off so it took forever to put my home made food in the fridge, ice machine was broke, and the hotel phone was broke. Nothing works on floor 2. I was there for one night front desk personnel Kevin had very good customer service. Room was very clean and I also got a chance to have the breakfast and the morning. The two ladies there had good customer service as well.
I was here last week for a business trip and everything was fine! I had absolutely no complaints. The rooms were clean, the staff was nice, etc. However, I'm back in town this week for work again and guess what decided to crawl on my face this morning and wake me up out of my slumber? You guessed it! A BUG! I can't tell whether it's a bed bug or a beetle because I've never seen a bed bug before but I'm almost positive that it was. Very good hotel Ladies at the front desk thank you, you rock, very good breakfast my stay was great.
Fine place. Clean, nice decor, very tasty breakfast! Quiet, and good sleeping- all I need.
