People are very nice
We only spent 1 night and barely spent time in the room. Rooms were ok. Matress was a little too firm for our taste. All rooms have exterior doors. It just had a motel feel. Front desk attendants were great. LOVED the shuttle service. For the price, location, and shuttle service, we were satisfied.
Failed promises and zero hospitality for a Gold Elite member: I recently stayed at this property (Dec 26–30, 2025) for a family vacation with my 90-year-old mother. As a Marriott Gold Elite member, I specifically required and requested adjoining rooms for her safety and care.
