A Cautionary Experience at the Wrong Fairfield in Key West As a nine-star Google reviewer who travels frequently and values both hospitality and accountability, I rarely leave a one-star review. Great place to stay! Beautiful pool and tiki bar, very friendly staff. Definitely will stay again. The shuttle downtown is worth every penny!
We stayed here for a quick spring break weekend trip, and were quite disappointed in this place. Pros: - The location is convenient along HW 1. - Free shuttle to downtown and to Smathers beach. - Pool looked nice. - Beds were fairly comfortable but they didn't have more than a sheet for the foldout bed. Cons: - The nightly cost plus the resort fee and parking fee add up to a really bad value stay.
