Sierra was hands down amazing at the front desk. From helping me check-in to gaining access to the business room for my session with students. It’s rare I find good customer service and even went out her way to accommodate some of our students. She makes me want to book a stay here every time I’m in Texas
never ever use Super.com the money you may save will not be worth the hassle if something unplanned happens
The air conditioner was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep
If I couldn't I would give a 0 star. I made a reservation for Feb 14th, I book a day before and the lady at the front desk gave me a confirmation number and confirmed my room. When I called the 14th to let them know I was gonna arrive late night the giy in the front desk told me my reservation was canceled. He wasnt very helpful, he didn't even care to give me an explanation. I now I have no room in Valentin's day and all hotels are booked. Horrible costumer service!!!
