Feels like home with the kitchenette, I can bring some basic foods with me to cook and have on real dishes with a dishwasher to clean them up in. Love it!
With the exception of a few parts of our stay the hotel staff was nice and incredibly helpful including the night manager named Chris! He really deserves a raise for all his help 😊😂😂😂
They don’t offer upgrades, you have to ask. You probably won’t get one, even if an upgrade becomes available. I’m Titanium for LIFE, in a normal room. Still nice, but would love an upgrade. Everywhere else just gives me an upgrade. Better housekeeping would be appreciated if they’re not going to offer an upgrade

Our room and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. We were very happy with the accommodations in the room! Only side note would be for parents who plan to use their pool; the floor is just tile which wet made for a pretty dangerous and slippery surface. I would bring pool shoes or flip flops.

The staff is always so friendly and ready to help. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience at this hotel. They have a swimming pool (kids love), an exercise center and laundry. I stay here every time I come down to Anchorage. Thank you for your awesome facility and even better staff!
The management of this hotel are not good people. They have deceptive business practices and are very unpleasant. With so many other places to choose from in Anchorage I recommend another option not owned by this franchise. Don't get swindled like I did. Marriott isn't always corporate and this one does not care about the companies reputation. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.
