The management was helpful and beyond understanding even though we were having some monetary issues. Never experienced such kindness, and would stay there again anytime!!!

This used to be an exceptional property. Now it's just another hotel to me. Rooms have been upgraded so they are comfortable and attractive enough. Free breakfast has fallen way off, apparently to pay for the upgrades. Breakfast used to be daily scrambled eggs with both pork and turkey sausage, a magnificent fresh fruit salad of fresh-cut oranges grapefruit, pineapple, grapes, now gone. Pool is decent.
It's a Marriott properly but it's just in a questionable/dangerous area. It looks very close to Downtown Delray but you have to walk about half a mile through a sketchy area to get to all the excitement. Homeless people hang out on the corner sitting on the building's bricks. Marriott needs to install something so they can't sit on their property.
