This was the best of the 3 hotels we stayed in. It's a little far outside of Pittsburgh, but was worth the drive. Raya was at the front desk and she deserves a raise. Move her up! She was outstanding, greeted us with a warm smile, helped us, and she was working that dreaded night shift. She was the best.

We were in Pittsburgh to witness our younger son (38) retire from the US Air Force after 20 yrs of service. Our older son was also able to be there for this joyous & proud occasion. Being from NY, we spent 2 nights allowing us to get together with other family members afterward for dinner. The staff were most helpful in any questions we had. The breakfast both mornings was well prepared & the attendee did a fantastic job as there were also several young men & families there for a sporting event. One star because of your ridiculous policy of making customers scan an app then go back outside to get the license plate number, which they won’t know because it’s most likely a rental, just to pay for parking, is absolutely bonkers and a terrible way to treat your guests. Just add it to the room. Not to mention having an entire another expense to manage. You’re on the end of a dead-end street, it’s not like people are parking in your hotel who are not guests. Don’t make this more complicated than it needs to be.
