Problems…WIFI didn’t work, room was a little dirty, missing toilet paper and TV didn’t work properly. The check in was weird. We did a virtual check in however, it didn’t work and we waited an extra thirty minutes just to have a staff member “bypass” the so-called glitch. Then they call it off and give us a card after waiting around for forty-five minutes. Not to mention we arrived very late—past midnight but before 2AM.
I used to enjoy staying here when coming to town for work. The past handful of times have been incredibly disappointing. This most recent time, I got into the shower to discover someone’s public hair all over the ledge in the shower, across the walls, and some yellow unknown sticky substance on the walls. I told the front desk and they assured me someone would come into the room and clean the shower thoroughly. Very nice hotel my friend is here for work he doing a roadshow so if you need cookware go see him at Costco Hedclax be there till Sunday
Nice they have a pool and a hot tub area I have not checked them out yet hopefully for my birthday on Tuesday I can
