Jennifer did an amazingly mg job of getting me checked into my room. Friendly, courteous and professional. Give her a raise!
I was throughly dismayed to find that the service at this Fairfield Inn location was extremely unsatisfactory. My family and I were turned away from getting a room due to underlying discrimination. The manager spoke very patronizing and aggressive towards me, after greeting him with my reservation and having reasonable questions. After not honoring my reservation, I was forced to pack up my children and endure the rest of my trip I would NOT recommend this location at all!!!
Experienced extremely poor customer service from Lisa and the manager
My husband and I had a very strange encounter at this hotel. We reserved a room online, which was paid for and confirmed, however, when my husband approached the hotel, Lisa, at the front desk locked the doors. After knocking on the glass and waiting, she finally unlocked the doors and let him in. He told her that he had a reservation for, and she immediately told him their computers were down and she could not check him in.
