Views from my hotel room.
We went on a family trip couple months ago and stayed here. I initially enjoyed my stay, great breakfast staff, pool staff, lady who worked our floor, and young man at front desk. However, I want to provide constructive feedback for one employee at checkout, I’ve chosen to leave out her name/features. Initially, she kindly greets me, sees my 2 year old family member and high fives and hugs him, then gives me the receipt. Front desk staff was so so friendly and most everything was great! Our room didn't have a TV remote so we had to go borrow one from the front desk, and I found an old french fry by the bed. Everything else seemed clean. The pool was a nice temperature and the hot tub was great - if not a little too hot. We had to take breaks from it pretty frequently. Pool towels could be restocked more often. Always love hotel waffles. More fresh fruit options would be nice at breakfast. Overall a great stay!
