Surprisingly run down for Marriott. A room number sign was replaced with a sticker. Pool was out of service. Cleanliness was a problem. Feet would get sticky walking around the bathroom. Bath walls and the bed sheets were stained. Outlet was damaged.
Excellent location, clean rooms, quiet room so got a good nights rest, friendly staff, great breakfast with many choices! Definitely worth the stay!
I work here and I'd say the staff is great, especially Elle.
Great experience, the Tennessee cupcakes and free dr.pepper was nice, Great to see top notch college fan spirit, makes visits all that much more special.
