The best thing about this Fairfield is it's location , it had so much around it a lot in walking distance, the room would not get below 73df and I like it cold to sleep 😴, the bed was comfortable. This place needs some attention the sink was cracked and the tub was stained, the service was not the great , I will say the service of the breakfast staff.was really good if it wasn't for them.it would have been a star
The breakfast was great. Oatmeal w/ a variety of toppings. Bagels and English muffins. Cereal, coffee and different juices and milkshake. Waffle station. Sausage and bacon. Room was clean. The ladies that checked us on were nice but didn't direct us to the elevators ot how to find our rooms. All other staff was great. Clean rooms, good a/c. Good water pressure.
I do not recommend staying here if you want to get a night of sleep, the ac units are loud and obnoxious. Not a good experience.
I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was immaculate from the front door to the back door. My room was cleaned to perfection and the front desk representative was friendly both at check-in and checking out. The breakfast was amazing, Mel was our cook and she was outstanding. Very patient and friendly, there was also an awesome gentleman working in the kitchen. Thank you for serving a delicious breakfast fit for King's and Queens.
