Had issues checking in and with the room. Room smelled of mildew and the fridge wasnt working. The night frint desk staff was less than friendly. The morning staff was pleasant and could teach the night staff a thing or two
It was at least 20 minutes from the airport. The customer service was awful. He has his hoodie on and looked like he walked in off street. Not friendly or professional. We were provided voucher to this place via American Airlines..there were at least 10 of us checking in. Never again.
Right on the highway very loud and there was constant banging all morning into the night
