Even with airplanes flying overhead, the hotel was quiet. Housekeeping does an amazing job keeping everything clean. The front desk staff and food preparers made me feel like family. I was celebrating my 55th birthday alone, but everyone made me feel like I wasn’t alone. I also really enjoyed my conversation with Raymond at the front desk.
We enjoyed this stay because the General Manager (GM) at this property who was so kind and took time to call us, asking how he could make our stay more pleasant. Our room was not ready at the time of checking at 3:00 pm, which was the hotel check in time. Had issues checking in and with the room. Room smelled of mildew and the fridge wasnt working. The night frint desk staff was less than friendly. The morning staff was pleasant and could teach the night staff a thing or two
