Front desk staff was extremely helpful and a pleasure to talk to!
TLDR: Decent room, underaverage breakfast, great location, but major oversight leading to a $300 fee charged incorrectly on me says this hotel kinda sucks and you should probably go with someplace else around the same location. Two decent pros and a major con Pro, the room itself was pretty standard. Nothing about it really shined in terms of design or how it was upkept. Very nice, convenient 👌 supportive and yes I will return again.
Arrived at the airport and called the hotel a total of four times. and got hung up on all four times. Hotel shuttle didn’t come, and I waited over an hour. The hotel is clearly understaffed. Coffee was empty both times I checked in the morning. I’m a Titanium Marriott member and am concerned that this property is under managed and well below Marriott standards.
Breakfast really good. Clean Room spacious. Room has a must odor. Very close to airport. Walking distance to outlet mall and Walmart.
