The location of the hotel is ideal for spending time in the arts district downtown. The hotel is clean, rooms are well appointed and spacious. We experienced top-notch customer service during our stay. There was an issue with the lock on our door and we are quickly moved to an upgraded room and our parking for our stay was taken care of as well. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming and polite - this kind of customer service is a rare thing and we will definitely be back.
