The receptionists are extremely rude and unprofessional. Dr. Fan, while very sweet, doesn’t seem all that invested in her patients. Both my husband and I left her practice very dissatisfied.
DO NOT GO HERE. Had a womens wellness, tried to call and speak to Dr. Fan about results, and they wouldn't let me. Said I had to PAY for another appointment. Wth!!! Also, their "patient portal" where you can read results online is messed up and only shows HALF the report- so, that's conveinent...NOT!! Horrible.
It took me an hour to drive to their office, only to find out they don't accept Medicaid anymore. THEY COULD HAVE GONE OVER THAT WITH ME ON THE PHONE BEFORE LETTING ME DRIVE ALL THE WAY OVER THERE! DO NOT go to this clinic if you are poor or have Medicaid. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT GETTING THOSE COPAYS!!! ASSHOLES!
The office staff is horrible, it took a month to get results and I had to go to them and ask for the results.
We love Dr. Fan she listens and explains everything and doesn't seem like you ruined her life if you have to call on a Saturday. Amazing Dr.
Please do not go to these doctors! My husband has been sick with diahrea since last Sunday dr dinh told him it was bacterial infection and put him on 500 mg cipro. Well he took all cipro still has diahrea and saw dr fan today she said he has a virus?? So which is it?? Guessing is not professional a simple blood test wld have told them bacterial or viral!! Ask to speak to dr fan and they told me she doesn't talk to patients I needed to call office manager who btw was not there! I reported them to united healthcare network man... read more
