This is the worst family physician i have ever met. I scheduled an appointment late February for a referral to a gynecologist (for various reasons but the main being that I needed to change my birth control) they put in a referral for a gynecologist and when I go to set an appointment with the gynecologist I was informed that the gynecologist had been practicing there for years so I called Fairfield to try and rectify the situation and several times I was hung up on in my face and other times I was placed on hold for over 40... read more
They are great doctors, however, the wait times too long for the working class person. Need to think about telehealth, especially for script refills. They really need new insurance person too really stop overcharging compared to what the Insurance allows. Always have a credit every time I go in because they charge the full cost of visit upfront.
Dr. Dinh takes his time with his patients, he does not rush out as other doctors do. Been seeing him for years..with my son, who is handicapped. My doctor is very patient!
My family and my parents have been going to Dr. Fan for years. She knows us well and is very caring. Many of the staff have been with her for years, and we appreciate them as well.
This is without a doubt the worst Doctor's office I have ever been to in my life. The doctors an nurses make no effort to get to know their patients or be knowledgeable about their history. The staff are condescending and down right rude. They conduct tests don't give or post results. They schedule appointments just to get simple medications refilled, then make you wait for up to an hour claiming that you were a "work-in" when no such discussion was had at the time the appointment was made. My husband and I have been going to Dr. FAN almost 8yrs. We like her alot and the staff knows us very well. It's a great place for sickness and check ups but anything else you are refered out. Our only complaint is that it is very text book with everything. Overall good experiences.
