I recently purchased a new GMC Sierra HD from Fairfields and had a pleasant experience. The team helped me out over the phone and we made a deal work out that we were both happy with. I did everything remotely other than picking up the vehicle and fairfields made it pretty painless.
Although the issue was not fully resolved, the cost to do so was not worth it and there was no guarantee it would fix the issue. I am very pleased to finally know for sure what the issue is. There is a work around so it was not important to me to put any extra money into it. For Those asking, it was a USB issue where the port would shut down, but only with my phone.
