Great customer service. All of the staff were very friendly. Complimentary water and fresh baked cookies at check in.
5 stars is not enough! This was a wonderful experience!! From check in to driving away, everyone was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful! Celeste helped me choose the right room, the kitchen ladies were kind enough to do us a favor, and check out was efficient and pleasant! The room had everything we needed, updated, and spotless. Breakfast was very good! We also ended up leaving our toddler's favorite stuffed animal and they found it quickly and are mailing it back to us immediately. I hope we can stay there agai... read more

This is a fairly new hotel located on the most northern exit for Saint Joseph Missouri on interstate 29. It’s right by the exit ramp so it’s easy to get on and off but just far enough away that you don’t hear the road noise at the hotel. It’s a short drive over to the beltway where the restaurants in Walmart and target are located.
Celeste at the front desk was very helpful when we were checking in. Definitely made us feel welcome. The rooms were nice and clean with comfy pillows and the TVs worked. The breakfast was everything you could ask for and more. The only thing that was a miss was the fans in the bathroom. We stayed at many hotels during this vacation and the only hotel that had a working fan in the bathroom was the Fairfield by Marriott inn & suites in Cheyenne Wyoming. Not sure why hotels can't have working fans these days, kind of odd. 100%... read more
