Customer service and guest acknowledgement needs major improvement. They never answer my calls from the room. The appliances are defective, including the sink stopper. Not only do they not answer, they decide to return my call, after I am in bed. Don't appreciate being woken up due to their inefficiencies.
Marriott is always the best. Breakfast could be better is only drawback.
Nice hotel and great staff.
Quiet rooms even when the hotel was busy, near interstate but no interstate noise, nearby shopping centered and many choices of restaurants within a 1/4 mile. The only negative would be the price is higher than usual even on a Sunday.
