We spent one night at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Rolla. Very well located. Nice clean and comfortable facility. I wanted to specifically thank Dayna, the front desk manager during our stay for such help she was to us. She recommended a fabulous restaurant and we had one of the best meals ever! She was so nice and helpful otherwise as well. Marriott always has the best staff and we love to stay at all its brands!
My wife and I just had the most horrible experience at this hotel. My wife called 2 weeks prior to reserve a hotel room- she is a teacher and the lady on the other line told her that she can get the government rate since she works for the public school system. When we arrived, we were told that she doesn’t qualify for the government rate because she wasn’t actively traveling for work (totally understand a miscommunication, the worker probably didn’t know that specific requirement), but then the lady at the front desk charged... read more
We have come to expect a clean room at the Fairfield Marriott which is why we pay top dollar to stay here instead of whatever motel is off the side of the road. We plan in advance and specifically book where we want when we travel. This morning at the Fairfield Marriott in Rolla MO, we found a German cockroach nymph on the toilet. If anyone knows anything about cockroaches, they know that when you find a single nymph out in the light, during the day, it means their nest is over crowded and they are wandering away for food.
