Awesome friendly staff Lauren is so friendly and awesome, goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Nice breakfast in the morning, clean rooms and located near plenty of restaurants and stores.
This is an interesting one. It is had been renovated and still has an "old hotel" vibe to it. Very basic. Single elevator. Marriott has definitely put money and effort to converting it, but it still comes up a bit short of other Fairfield products (like York, NE). That all said, Laura at the front desk was wonderful! She gave us a great dinner recommendation to "La Mesa" ; which was wonderful. She was also very professional in relaying that the hot tub was out of commission. Checked in by Lauren who was friendly and cheerful. The first room had no microwave and blood stains on three pillows underneath the pillow cases. The second room was clean although the entry light was not working. In the fitness center, the following items were inoperative, air conditioning, all of the TVs, one of three cardio trainers and the clean wipe dispenser was empty.
