I stay here with my disabled son every year on our trip to visit family. The staff here is kind, doing everything to make our stay comfortable. The pool is clean, a good temp and well maintained. ( sure it's been there for years, with wear, but I have no problem having my son swim there, extra kudos to the pool maintenance person on the water quality). We moved to this hotel after a disappointing night at another hotel. Karen at the front desk was able to get us into our room early and did everything to make our stay pleasant. She always greeted us with a smile when we came in and asked if there was anything we needed. Mary at the front desk was also super nice. Would definitely stay here again!!
Carpet had puke on it from before, we had to walk in and out of hotel's main entrance through multiple employees smoking, and the room just had a musty stale smell to it. Won't be back.
