I travel a lot for work and have been to dozens of different hotels and hotel chains. The staff at this Fairfield Inn are by far the kindest and most helpful staff I've ever encountered at a hotel! They really want to make sure your stay is a positive experience where you feel at home. I would recommend to anyone traveling to this area!
Great place to stay when in Omaha?
Great hotel with amazing service!! Mary is always a pleasure an makes our stay exceptional every time. Only thing I would change is I wish there was microwaves in the rooms.
Charlie at the front desk was great, very nice and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of options. Room was great perfect temp control. Blankets and pillows where so soft. The only MAJOR problem I had was with the hot tub. The hot tub was the only reason I stayed here and I got an allergic reaction to the OVER chlorinated water and I got athletes foot infection from walking barefoot in the pool area. So that was stupid on my part thinking it would be clean. Our upstairs neighbors were also very loud and stomping at 6am... read more
