Nice place...!
Convenient location for walking to downtown restaurants, theaters, and shopping. Nice pool area and fitness center. Have lived here since March 2010, and maintenance is not what it used to be. In my current apartment for 2 years and have had 3 major floods due to water heaters breaking in apartments above mine, one flood due to air conditioning unit in my apartment breaking which left my carpeting soaked for 2 weeks and growing orange slime/mold, and the carpeting was not replaced, simply dried out with fans.
