The Place looks Great in and out, the pool area, gym, club house are spectacular. The Apartment buildings are secure with up to date technology. It is worth living here despite what the reviews are I love it here.
I just spent 5 months there. I have no complaints! I felt safe and comfortable there!
It used to be a nice place to live but it is going downhill fast. People who live here now look sketchy like drug rehab patients and people with dogs just let their dog poop and never clean up anymore. They keep raising rent but never do repairs. Lastly, there was a big fight between two tenants at the pool and one resident got arrested. The lifeguard just stood by and did nothing. Oh and stay out of the pool because it is definitely dept of health violation. Tenants are always complaining.
