apartment was great size, location is perfectly situated near everything, the price was perfect. the fact that they have heat included with rent was huge. if there was any issues requiring maintenance it was resolved extremely fast. The office staff Chelsea and Mark were great and easy to work with if i needed to bring anything to them. it was great little community. i would recommend to anyone looking for a place to live
This place is full of rats do not come here if you don’t like rats . Most of the things like sink shower toilet and light don’t work there was a dog that bit my little sister and they didn’t do anything about it
Let me say that if it weren’t for being elderly I would have stayed at Fairfax forever. The apartment was perfect! Great size, updated and never an issue. If there was all you have to do is call Chelsea and she will help you with anything alongside that excellent maintenance staff. I still call Chelsea today to tell her she’s doing a good job even though I moved out in September. Keep up the excellent work everybody there and if you have the chance to rent here take it because you do not know how happy you will be
