Vultures who prey on the bereaved have a special place in hell. I was told to raise $2400 for my brothers tombstone, which they insist must be one of theirs. When I came to them, money in hand, they told me the price has been raised to nearly $5000. Nudia is a complete blessing under the saddest and most stressful time. Responsive, calm, personable, understanding - an asset to Fairfax Memorial. Works through whatever comes up, available seemingly 24/7. Takes care of the details and unexpected touches like photo cards at burial. Also, this is very much a park setting and nice resting place to visit for loved ones except for the mosquitoes which we give zero stars.
Nobody ever wants to call upon the services of a funeral home, but when you need to, there is no better team than the staff at Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home. Director Cathy Younkin was particularly exceptional in her care, compassion, and attention to detail in navigating us through all the difficult steps that followed the unexpected passing of our beloved Dad.
