I called to get a well check appointment for my daughter. She has to get a Tdap booster before starting school. The next available appointment is in 4 weeks, which is after school starts. Completely unacceptable.

I called sick call at 0600. Got an appointment for 0900. I arrived 20 mins early (0840) like I was told. I then waited 20 mins after my appt time was scheduled (0920, 40 min wait). Dr sees me and does a throat culture. He says it will be 20 mins till it's done. I wait 40 and have to ask someone yo go get the Dr. (0950, 60 total mins waiting). The Dr finally came in and sent me to to pharmacy at 1015. The patient's time is not important to this clinic.

If I could give this place lower than I a 1 star, I would. My son's pediatrician is rude, doesn't give you the time to ask questions and rushes you out the door. She doesn't give you the next steps on what we are supposed to do and just left my son's samples waiting in the room while we sat there and she left. She was aggravated that my son was moving around while getting swabbed...he's a kid, you getting upset isn't going to soothe him.

Pharmacy service is a lesson in inefficiency. One dispensing window open despite an overcrowded waiting area. You cannot predict how long you will have to wait as they routinely bypassed your number. Prescriptions that take 30 minutes in other locations take three times the time here. The patient experience does not exist, just another number.
